The Petition

Hello,

As a Jobcentre Plus customer who has been victimized on multiple occasions due to errors of the Bailey Court Jobcentre Plus in Sheffield, I am calling upon the authorities to hold an investigation into the incompetence of the Sheffield Bailey Court Jobcentre Plus staff.

The staff at the Bailey Court Jobcentre Plus seem to be making errors approximately 50% of the time and some of these errors have affected customers in an extremely adverse manner, including customers having to starve without food due to the errors made by staff at the Jobcentre Plus. 

When surviving on a very low budget, as the case would be when receiving Jobseeker's Allowance even a slight delay in receiving a payment could mean having to starve till the payment is received. Therefore, my opinion is that errors on the part of Jobcentre Plus Staff which lead to delays in payments being made to customers should be considered as serious violations of the customer's health and safety.

This is why, after being victimized by many errors of the Sheffield Bailey Court Jobcentre Plus, I have decided to petition the higher authorities and request them to hold an investigation into the incompetence of the staff of the Sheffield Bailey Court Jobcentre Plus.

Some of the errors that have been made by DWP staff  are, not entering sign-in evidence, providing wrong information, recording wrong information, distorting information, suspending Jobseeker's Allowance due to lack of awareness (by staff) on DWP requirements  and violating DWP policy guidelines due to lack of awareness etc:, of which many have had an impact on receiving Jobseeker's Allowance Payments.
